I offer counseling to teens, 16 years and up as well as adults. I use a variety of modalities including brainspotting, EMDR and the Journey – focusing on what is very best for the client. My mission is to help clients heal from the deep pain cause by childhood, teen and adult trauma. I believe that relationships are at the heart of what matters, and when a client knows that as the therapist – I am with them, and actively attuned to them – healing begins.
Before your first appointment, please read the 2023 disclosure statement (no need to print out unless you want to), print and fill out signature sheet and face sheet, and bring with you. I look forward to meeting with you and beginning your healing journey.
Fee: $150 per 50 minutes for one client
$165 per 50 minutes for two clients
I am an out-of-network provider, and happy to provide you with a receipt for your filing purposes.
